Hi Jean..........Would this family be from the St. Clair Co., Ill. area? My
daughter's Great Grandfather Bert Walter Matthews was born in Belleville
about 1874, married Katherine (Kate) Akin about 1902 possibly Oregon or
Washington. I have not been able to find his parents.
