Subject: [MAWORCES] ROLL CALL - I'll Tell You Mine, You Tell Me Yours!

Since we seem to be getting a bit of a "Roll Call" going, I'm in.

My name is Joel B. Keith. I was born in Memorial Hospital, Worcester,
MA. I lived in Grafton, on Rt. 30, near the Westborough and Shrewsbury
lines. My family ran a poultry and produce farm there. Most of them also
worked for the Grafton State Hospital at some point. The farm house was
built by Ebenezer Cutler (c.1710). This land was once a part of
Shrewsbury, but Ebenezer and a few other fringe-dwellers petitioned the
General Court in 1741 to be annexed to Grafton, for the purposes of
worship in Grafton and to pay taxes and enjoy other benefits of
grafton-hood. I am currently trying to find out all I can about the
Ebenezer Cutler family, and getting deeds and such at the Worcester Co.
Registry of Deeds in Worcester.
I am also actively engaged in research on the following surnames:
KEITH - living at Grafton, Sutton, Mendon, Uxbridge>orig. of
Bridgewater, Plymouth Co.,MA
JORDAN - living at Millbury>orig. from Kent Co., RI and of ME.
BONZEY - living at Oxford, Ward (now Auburn), and Millbury>orig. of
Germany/Hessian.
I am the List Admin of the mailing
list.
RAGAINI - living at South Grafton, Upton, West Boylston, Winchendon>
orig. of Italy.
MILLER>MILISHAUSKAS - living in Worcester>orig. of Lithuania.
ALGER - living at Grafton, Millbury, Sutton>orig. of Kent Co., RI.
CARLSON - living at Worcester, Millbury>orig. of Sweden/Norway.

Let's see some more Roll Call and let's help eachother!

Regards,
Joel
