I will just drop them a little note on their feedback form and explain that
the page has been thoroughly tested by experts in their field and that the
problem is definitely theirs. And in 2 to 3 days I will receive a form
letter saying they are sorry I am having trouble and that perhaps I should
just refresh the page. With Ancestry it's always the customer who is wrong.
But it's definiely worth the 35 cents a day that it costs for a yearly
subscription.
