Today I purchased an old Worcester Atlas from 1870 originally. In it is a
page that has old business reference listings. The listings give a brief
description of the business and the address. The maps show original
properties with owners names. I have recognised some of these names from
this list. So.....if anyone is interested in a specific name or manufacturing
company, send me an email and I will have a look see.
Located in Worcester is a book store that sells antiquarian books. If anyone
is interested I recommend this place. There is so much there for genealogy
research.
