Not sure which CD you have but mine both has the images of the Books
themselves as well as an index of names.
Mine is Search Research Co. of wheat Ridge Co. obtained through NEHGS. The
Preface of the Book images lists the Cemeteries. Ebenezer is in Centre Cem.
Listed as below.

Note GSI 1 is Centre Cemetery, Hubbardston.
