Thank you for your replies. My primary interest in the Sadler line is
pre-1800. I have not done any research on the Sadler family in Upton after
the early 1800's. My direct line, Hannah Sadler, b. 9 July 1755 d/o Joseph
Sadler and Sarah Wood, moved from Upton to Windham Co., VT immediately after
her 1774 marriage to Daniel Fisher. It seems there were many families who
migrated from Upton and surrounding towns in Worcester Co., MA to become the
early settlers of Townshend, Newfane and other towns in Windham Co., VT
during.
