Subject: "Jack's Bridge" Memorial Stone

I'm trying to track down the location of a roadside memorial. It is a small granite boulder with a bronze plaque bearing the name of "Jack's Bridge". I think it is a war memorial or a historical marker of some sort. It is flanked by small American flags and sits alongside a two-lane road.
My feeling is that the memorial might be along Rt. 119 or Rt. 111 or similar sized road in the vicinity of Pepperell, Groton, or Townsend.
Has anyone seen this memorial? It may also be near a body of water, perhaps a river or pond, and is alos near a hiking area or conservation walking trail.
I'd appreciate any leads toward tracking down the location of this monument. Thanks.
