I didn't find the school, but I did find this mention of Clarence F.

There couldn't have been too many public schools in Worcester at this
time - maybe the library would

This would have been in the late 1800's. Supposedly there is a
memorial plaque on one of the schools, but I do not know which one. I
would like to find out which school has this plaque if it still
