WEBSTER- Rosario J. JODOIN, 93, formerly of 210 Slater St., died
yesterday in Providence House Nursing Home, Southbridge, after a long
illness.
He leaves his wife of 47 years, Amilia (JALBERT) JODOIN; a daughter,
Arlene SCHOFIELD of East Brookfield; a brother, Leo JODOIN of Webster; 3
sisters, Beatrice BORUS and Aldea KNOX, both of Webster, and Ruby OLSEN
of Auburn; 4 granddaughters; 2 great gandsons; many nieces and nephews.
He was born in Manchaug, son of Ovide & Amanda (PLANTE) JODOIN, and
lived here most of his life.
Mr. JODOIN was one of Webster's last WWI Army Veterans.
Mr. JODOIN was a loom fixer at the former Slater Mills, retiring many
years ago. He was a communicant of Sacred Heart o Jesus Christ Church
and a member of the Webster Lodge of Masons.
The military funeral will be Monday from Bartel Funeral Home, 33
Schofield Ave., with a Mass at 11 am in Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ
Church, 18 East Main St. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
