Here is the Lot card for Carl August Carlson and his wife Emma S (Turnquist)
Carlson, both buried at the New Swedish Cemetery in Worcester MA. Note that
the name of the cemetery has changed and is now called All Faiths Cemetery
and Crematory, but is still shown on most Worcester maps as the Swedish
cemetery.

CARL A. CARLSON
Carl A. Carlson, 84, of 9 Mattson Ave., died yesterday in City Hospital.
He retired from Rockwood Sprinkler Co. in 1953 after 30 years of service.
He was born in Vestergotland, Sweden [note from DLCarlson, he was NOT born
In Vestergotland, he was born in Tralket village, Halna parish, Skaraborgs
county,
Sweden], and came to Worcester 58 years ago.
He was a member of the Odd Fellows and a charter member of Zion Lutheran
Church.
His wife, Emma S. (Turnquist) Carlson, died in 1945.
He leaves a daughter, Helen S, wife of Soren Andersen and a sister, Mrs.
George
Carlson both of Worcester; a brother, Erick B. Carlson of Boylston, three
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
