Good morning, Barbara. :-)
It would appear that her parents were James and Olive. From the
NEHGS 1841-1910 database, I found her death record.

Olive (Holbrook) Shaw, wid., a. 87 y. 4 m. 19 d., d. Sept. 23, 1876 in
Norfolk. Cause was senile debility and secondary indigestion. She was
born in Wrentham to James and Olive (Smith) Holbrook. Their birth
places were Wrentham and Medfiled, respectively. MA State Archives
Vol. 284, page. 241.

Ezra d. Feb. 19, 1856, a. 73 y. 11 m. 28 d. in Wrentham. No cause
given. He was a farmer. Place of birth and parents' names not given.
MA State Archives Vol. 103, page. 187.

I was unable to locate a brith for Ezra.
