Scott,

Before ca1983, applicants were not required to fully document their lineages
for membership. It is therefore possible that your previously approved
paper may not be sufficiently documented for a relative to join thru. When
your cousin receives a copy of your paper and shows it to her state
Historian, they will be able to tell her if there are any areas lacking that
need to be updated.
