Dear CARA & Evan:

Thinking of you both. How are you doing, Cara? Getting sleep? A bit uncomfortable? Won`t be long now. Soon you will be holding 'Baby Boy' in your arms. My thoughts are always with you.

I have hand therapy three times a week at our hospital in Jackson & do it at home twice a day as they have taught me. Still enough swelling in the hand to keep the middle finger from being flexible, etc M.D. said I could go for therapy for 1 more month so that was fine with me. Wrist is all healed--the bone I broke.
Able to dress easier, etc. now which is sure a relief but not cooking--get meals on wheels 7 days a week. Most welcome. Driving 1 mile to the P.O. now buit today I MUST venture forth to Wal-Mart for presc., etc. & to Safeway for some odds & ends. Just hard to turn the key switch with the left hand & to shift. Soon I`m hoping right hand will regain its strength.

Will think of you at the shower--wish I could be there. Also, do you have a picture of yourself? I have one of me when I was 7 months--a side view, kinda.

Must get busy now. Happy to hear of your job promotion, Evan. That will help with kitchen materials.
