Where in Kentucky? I have a JOHN McCRACKEN who lived in or around Elk Horn Creek in __________ County. ( My memory has gone blank). I think he was some how related to the famous McCRACKEN brothers;OVID,WILLIAM,ISAAC,VIRGIL SENECA and CYRUS. Clyde

Frances was born April 14, 1822 in Kentucky. Her mother was named Jane Dinwiddie, her father John McCracken. . She had a sister, Mary. born about 1811. Mary married a Waring. Both she and Frances ended up in Arkansas where Frances married Marion Alexander McLean.
Does anyone have any information on this family?
