MCCRACKEN --
Angela, 88,
a resident of Cuba and formerly of Rio Rancho, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2008.
She was born in Bermuda
and lived in Oregon for 30 years
before moving to New Mexico in 1964.
She built and owned The Anchor Inn in Rio Rancho for over 20 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy McCracken "Mac" in 1997
and great-grandson, Terry Robert Putt. She is survived by her children, Marjorie Putt and husband, Bob of Cuba, NM and Barry McCracken and wife, Karen of Myrtle Creek, OR; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and sister, Josephine Provine of Newark, NJ; and many nieces and nephews all of Bermuda. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 20, 2008, 3:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd., NE. Services will be Wednesday, May 21, 2008, 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel with Rev. Jack Stricklan officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Terry Putt, Randy Putt, Brandon Bertram, J. D. Linney, Hap Post and David Chavez. Honorary bearers will be Rorie McCracken, Chris McCracken and Randy Bertram.
