Is there a good place to find out when various Catholic churches in
the area of Washing/Marion Counties were founded/built/consecrated
or first used? Would the diocese be the best place to go? I am trying
to locate a church where an ancestor may have been baptized and
wonder what churches were operating at the time in that place - around
St. Charles (now St. Marys?) Kentucky, in late 1826 or early 1827.
