My McKees come from Campbell County, TN. Robert McKee, b. about 1835 in TN;
married Polly Ann Owens in Campbell County in 1856. I can find no other
mention of him in the 1870 Census and by then Polly Ann was married to a
Russell. She had two children by Robert, George W. McKee, and Sarah McKee.
Does anyone know what happened to Robert McKee between the 1860 and 1870
Censuses? Thanks for any help.
