Shawn, I am researching McKee's as well. Wm McKee from County Cork, Ireland married Christianne Smith in the Renfrew Co., Ontario area in 1851. Wm and 5 of the children relocated to Restoule, Ontario around 1870. McKee's seem to be all large families but have remained mostly in these areas: Restoule, Powassan, Trout Creek, Bear Valley, Chapleau, Westree, Thor Lake, North Bay. Many were lumberman. What do you think, are we looking for the same people?
