I am a descendant of James McKee and Sabra Fox. They were among the first settlers in Lorraine, Jefferson County, New York ca. 1802. I do not have the names of any of the children but one and that one was Sylvester George McKee born 7-Nov. –1823. I have an excerpt from the census of 1825 that stated that there were 7 males and 4 females living in the household in 1825. I do not know the names of these children. And there could be some older children that had moved out of the house before the census took place. I do know that James came with his best friend Elijah Fox Jr. when he came to New York from Connecticut. Sabra and Elijah Jr. were siblings and their father was of course Elijah Fox Sr.
I do not know if you can make a connection but if we can make a connection I would like to make a offering and get some help in return.
