I'm trying to establish with some degree of certainty the ancestors of Dorcas McKee, born on the 27th of Dec. 1814 in Indiana and died the 9th of March, 1899 in Warren, Illinois.
She married Phillip Horney on the 10th of August, 1834 in Warren County, Illinois.
Her parents were William McKee and Cassandra (Cassie) Frakes.
I believe William's parents were: James McKee/Agnes Dickson.
Jame's parents: Hugh McKee/Mary Nesbitt
Hugh's parents: Capt. Thomas McKee/Tecumsapah
Thomas': Alexander McKee/Elizabeth Gordon
As I live in Denmark, I have to do all my research over the net.
The information I have on William's ancestors is undocumented and conflicting. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
