A few of these McKEE (McKEY ?) left Sevier and Little River counties, ARK abt 1905 - 1930 and include surnames Pettigrew, Crunk, Dollarhide, Johnston, Mabry, Shipman, English, Templeton and moved to McCurtain Co OKLA during this time period and later.
Most of the above families also had Sevier and Little River counties, ARK roots.

This Myram or Miriam etc married James McKEE abt 1844 and probably in Arkansas.... were they living in Polk County 1850 because her family lived here ?
Did she and her husband move to Sevier County with some of her family? It doesn't appear that her husband had any family in Polk or Sevier county............

Although we have been able to find a good bit of information on some of their descendants, sigh, all we know about Myram and James is on the censuses above.
