David, Thanks for your response. I thought I had posted to the message last listed about a James R. McKee born ca 1801 NC. When going back to look at the main list I see I posted in error. Sorry. Linda McKee

P.S. My McKee, so far as I know, were all in and around Hardeman Co Tennessee for most of the mid-1900's - there may have been a few cousins "up north" but I didn't hear about them if so. Good luck.
