Subject: [MCKEE] Parents of Alexander McKee in PA

I'm hoping someone can help me find Alexander's parents. Alexander McKee was
born 10 Nov1792 in PA. Supposedly his father was killed in some type of
accident about 1800. He shows up in Knox County OH about 1810-16.
Pursuitquest sites him as the second white man to live in Brown twp. He
married Tabitha Waddell 17 Aug 1817 in Knox County and lived in the Jelloway
creek area. Both died and are buried in the cemetery there.
Having tried to trace Alexander in Cumberland and later in Franklin county
PA no proof has been found but he may possibly be a son of James McKee and
Nancy McGuire. There seems to be a good possibility he fits there based of
findings by other researchers. If you have any leads, please contact me.
