Mavis: I am interested in what information you have about the McKee's from
Scotland who immigrated to Ireland. I believe I am related to that McKee

Hello,
This was the information I was given on my gedcom. I was told by a man in
Ireland concerning the Hugh McKee tragedy in County Down during the 1798
Irish Rebellion. There is a book on it. I know about the McKee's from
Scotland who immigrated to Ireland. He said more than likely with my gg
grandfather being named Hugh McKee we are descendants. His family was
living in the same area and involved in the same problems of the times.
Other than that bit of information, I don't have any other genealogy.
