I have no idea if I ever responded to you back in January. I have been really busy with school and unable to focus on Genealogy very often. I was just reading back over all the posts at Ancestry .com. I noticed your post about being the grandson of Bryan Vernon McMains. I am glad to hear from you (if I have not said that already). I have been trying to work back to find McMains ancestors, but I am also interested in working forward as well.
Do you have Uncle Vernon's descendent info? I can send you everything I have so far. I have been neglecting my current family, so I am afraid my info is limited after Ivan's children. I have been too busy chasing his parents and grandparents, etc.
By the way, Ivan's wife Lily is still around and going strong. She is 96 years old now if you can believe it. She still remembers family info for me from time to time. When her memory permits.
