Seekign information on William Thomas Thompson, son of William Smallwood
Thompson and Annie Britania Baitzell. He was born March 15, 1875 in
Baltimore City, MD, and died Abt. 1935 in Baltimore City, MD. He married
(1) IDA MAY DORSEY. He married (2) CORA ANDREWS.

He is found in the 1910 US Census at 1831 McHenry Street in Baltimore [with
brother, George]: William F. Thompson, a widower age 35, with his children
Robert (10), Ruth (8), Clarence (7), Naomi (6), Ida (4) and Roland (2).

WILLIAM and IDA had the following children:

1.) MARGARET A [d. September 18, 1899]
2.) ELMER EDWIN [d. December 19, 1899]
3.) IDA B [d. December 18, 1909]
4.) TRUMAN [d. June 23, 1901]
5.) ROBERT T [b. June 10, 1900; d.. January 26, 1972] Robert married RUTH V
FANBACK. They had two boys.

6.) RUTH L [b. Abt. 1902; d. October 12, 1962, Federalsburg, Caroline Co.,
MD] Ruth married HARVEY E HARDING. They had two boys and two girls.

7.) CLARENCEe [b. August 03, 1903, Baltimore City, MD; d. August 1958,
Watertown, NY]

8.) NAOMI [b. Abt. 1904; m. HARMAN]

9.) IDA [b. 1906] Ida married JAMES P GETZ. They had two girls and three
boys.

10.) ROLAND ALBERT, SR [b. February 04, 1908; d. March 06, 1985].

William and Cora had the following child:

FULTON [b. August 05, 1912; d. July 24, 1997]. He married MARIE UNK. They
had one girl and four boys.

All children were born in Baltimore City, MD. The first four are buried at
Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Baltimore City, MD. Robert is buried at Emmanuel Church
Cem., Tyrone, MD. Ruth is buried at Junior Order Cemetery near Preston, MD.
I do not know where Clarence or Fulton are buried. Roland is buried at
Crestlawn Cemetery in Howard Co., MD. Naomi and Ida are still alive.

ROLAND married (1) ETHEL ELIZABETH KLINGELHOEFER Bef. 1946 in Baltimore
City, MD. They were divorced in 1946 and had three girls and four boys.
ROLAND then married (2) LORETTA VERNICE HARTMAN July 03, 1946 in Ellicott
City, Howard Co., MD, daughter of EDWARD HARTMAN and FLORENCE WITZLER. They
had one boy and one girl.

I am descendaed of Roland and Loretta's son.
