I suggest you get at least a short subscription to genealogybank.com. They have 101 hits on Cloman in their Baltimore newspaper collection. On 22 October 1910, the Baltimore Sun reported that Mr. and Mrs. James Cloman were thrown from their wagon and hurt while enroute from the Northeastern Market to their home in Kingsville. It describes the accident and their injuries. In 1907, what appears to be his brother Robert, a carpenter, fell to his death while working near the Pimlico Club. There were several articles on that. There are numerous death notices and society listings that should give you a lot of background on various family members.
