Dixie: The petition is addressed to "US State and
Federal ARCHIVES" and in more than one place says
"Archives" not Vital Statistics.

I too agree totally with Dee who wrote about not
agreeing with the tone of the petition and applaud her
efforts to help by volunteering at MSA.
