I tried in 2000, to track down the records. I was referred to the Maryland
State
Archives who did not have the records. I tried to contact the Baltimore City
Hall
but got run around a couple of offices and gave up. The long distance fees
were getting to me.
Maybe someone in Baltimore could find out from City Hall who would have the
records or be responsible for the cemetery. Might find out that it belongs
to the city due to
lack of paying taxes. I don't think anybody has been buried there since
1950's.

Thanks to everyone who responded re: Swartz Cemetery.
If anyone ever discovers where the records are I'd be
very interested. We could publish them on the MD
Tombstone Transcription Project since it seems the
cemetery itself is in disrepair and no one is
available to answer family members queries.
