I appreciate your help! I believe Crit was called Clarke, not Charles.
I am thinking I may break through the real brick wall, the parents of
Charles David Hipkins, who was my ggf. I know his wife was Mary Anne
Clarke, and that is as far as I can go. I know their burial place:
Hyattstown Methodist Cem. Today I emailed the Pumphrey Funeral Home and
perhaps they hold the key.
