Dear Listers:

I was scanning the USGenWeb files for Cruppers in Maryland, Alleghany area,
when I came upon this entry listed below in the 1900 census index. I'm not
100% sure what it means but I would like to know what Crupper it is. Wm?
Charles? Another Crupper? Would some kind soul please tell me what this means or
give me a look up of this Crupper.
