Don't know that this is here, but she is the only Jane listed in Maryland
that fits the bill.

1850 Middletown District, Charles County, Maryland
227/227
Wm. Berry of Jon, 72, m, farmer, b Maryland
Aceneth Berry, 66, f, b Maryland
Betsy Swann, 59, f, mulatto, b Maryland
Aure, 19, m, mulatto, laborer, b Maryland
Jane Swann, 11, f, mulatto, b Maryland

1960 Buckeystown, Frederick County, Maryland
2268/2328
Wm. Whalen, 24, m, mulatto, laborer, b Maryland
Jane, 20, f, mulatto, b Maryland
Wm., 3, m, mulatto, b Maryland
Thomas, 1, m, mulatto, b Maryland
Serena, 50, f, black, b Maryland
Lucy Potts, 18, f, black, b Maryland
John, 2, m, black, b Maryland
Mary, 6/12, f, black, b Maryland

The family of Benjamin and Elizabeth Swan/Swann is listed in the 1850, 1860
and 1870 Census records for Frederick County, but does not have a "Jane" or
"Parker" or "Parker Jane" listed with them. Eldest child listed is a
daughter named Lydia, born 1839/40, however, the 1840 Census does show him
with three girls under age 10
