Thanks. I did go through the Baltimore City Directories- no luck.

Since they cannot be found in the 1840, 1850 census, I am assuming
that perhaps Agnesa and family moved to NY since that is where her
sister came to. I have no other information on Agnesa and family
other than what I have posted. Thanks to the list, the search in the
MD 1840, 1850 census was not successful.

Agnesa was a sister to my gr gr grandmother, Johanna, BD Apr 1822,
who arrived in New York with her husband Johann Dietrick Meyer, BD
Jan 1823.They arrived in NY, April 1862 with 5 children. ( Haven't
found this Meyer family in NYC census either)

I have been told by a distant Kortlucke relative, that all the men
were coppersmiths.
