Gerald, thank you for your reply. Yes that is correct for the German
Butchers and especially the German Butchers in Maryland(some did change from
Metzger to Butcher) and surrounding area but mine seem to be of the English
orgins.At least from the research I have done so far. I appreciate your
comments and help ! Jackie
