The text of Englebrecht's Diary has lots of butchers in it,
but of the occupation and none of that name.

In other Engelbrecht listings there are:
Margaret Butcher marrying Daniel Little in 1844
Jacob Butcher who died in the Mt. Pleasant district in 1870 at age 98
