Looking for information on Randolph Carroll born circa 1824 in Maryland. Married Malvina Bumgarner in 1845 in Steubenville, OH and by 1850 was living in Cincinatti, OH. Per 1850 census Randolph was an engineer. May have had a sister Jane, born circa 1831. Looking for any information but especially regarding Randolph's parents.
