The FamilySearch database of the 1880 Census has a family of Ward 7, Precinct 1, Baltimore: Jacob SANDERS, 32, machinist, MD MD MD; wf. Margaretta 25, MD, parents b. Germany; children b. MD: Virginia, 8; Oliver, 7; & Henry, 1.

That was the only Henry SANDERS I could find on the census. I couldn't find a Deborah JANNEY, but she could have been born after the census. There were these JANNEY families of Baltimore:

JANNEY, Edward, 40, physician, VA VA VA; wf. Esther, 38, MD MD MD; ch. b. MD: Edw., 13; Daisy, 5; Lucy K., 3 mos.

JANNEY, Emma, 63, wid.; son Robert, 33, single; all births MD.

JANNEY, Wm., 47; wf. Marion, 42; ch. Mary, 18; Eliz., 16; dau. Marion, 15; son Willie, 20; Maggie, 11; John, 5; Alfred, 2; sister-in-law Caroline BAYENS, 61, MD; all births MD.

WRIGHT's Anne Arundel Church Records, Indian Springs Quaker Meeting: John JANNEY of Alexandria, VA (s/o Joseph J., decd., of London, England, & wf. Hannah) m. 26 of third month 1795, Elizabeth HOPKINS, d/o Jno., decd., of AA Co., & wf. Elizabeth.

Jacob JANNEY of Alexandria, VA, s/o Jacob of Loudoun Co., decd., & wf. Sarah, m. 2 of seventh month 1807, Hannah HOPKINS, d/o Philip of AA Co. & wf. Mary.

Joseph JANNCY of Alexandria MM, s/o Joseph, decd., of Loudoun, VA & wf. Hannah, m. 2 of seventh mo. 1812, Elizabeth HOPKINS of Elisha HOPKINS
