There are a few more records for Eleazer BIRCKHEAD. I checked the published church records. They pose a couple of problems, though. I have Henry C. PEDEN's Quaker Records of S. MD, and F. Edwd. WRIGHT's Anne Arundel Co. Church Records.

Quaker records of West River Monthly Meeting:
Rebecka BILLINGSLEY, b. 23 of third month 1677, dau/o Francis & Susanna.
Nehemiah BIRKHEAD m. 1682, Elizabeth SLOPER, wit. Abraham, Ann, Abraham BIRKHEAD, Jr., et al [exact date not listed].

Abraham JOHNS, father of this family, d. 9 of tenth mo. 1707, bu. at the Clifts. Margaret ENGLAND, formerly wf/o Abraham JOHNS, d. 10 of fourth mo. 1733, White Clay Ck., PA, bu. Joppa, Balto. Co., MD.

Combined records of Monthly Meetings: Abraham BIRCKHEAD and Rebecca BILLINGSLEY, with consent of her parents, filed their second intent to marry, 18 of tenth month 1691.
Robert GOVER & Susanna BILLINGSLEY filed intent to marry, 8 of tenth month 1699, inquiry to be made into care of her children.
John ENGLAND of Cecil Co. m. 10 of third month 1727, Margt. BIRCKHEAD of AA Co. at Herring Creek Meeting.

Here's one problem: WRIGHT has Rebecka BILLINGSLY, b. 23 of third mo. 167(1), d/o Francis & Susanna. [My theory is that the last number was difficult to read, and these early records are not chronological, so the 7 was interpreted as a 1.]

Here's another: St. James Parish, Lazarus BIRKHEAD & Johana had Rebecka, b. 9 Je. 1736. [I think Lazarus must have been Eleazer.]

The Quakers didn't baptize. Apparently Abraham BIRCKHEAD decided to join St James (Episcopal) Parish by 1700. On 16 Je. 1700, Abraham & Rebecca / Rebecka had bpt. Susannah, b. 8 Dec. 1695, & Abraham, b. 29 Dec. 1697.

On 27 Apr. 1701, Abraham, aged 29, b. Oct. 1671, was bpt. with dau. Elizabeth, b. 4 Apr. 1701. Later, Abr. & Rebecka had
Margaret, b. 4 Aug. 1703;
Ann, b. 1 Mar. 1705;
Eleazer, b. 20 May 1707; &
dau. Francis, b. 3 Apr. 1716. [The birth in 1716 convinces me that the 1677 birth year for Rebecka must be the right one, added to the fact that her parents' consent was mentioned when she married.]

I hope these records will provide some references for you.
