I'm confused. I found your San Diego query which said Walter F. CONNER was b. 20 Oct., and here you say b. 20 Sept. 1904. Do you have his birth certificate?

I found Walter and family on the database for the 1930 Census (I don't have the actual census). They were of San Bernardino County: CONNER, Walter F., b. ca. 1905; Irene, ca. 1906; Donald C., ca. 1925.

If both of Walter's parents were living in 1930, the only possibility I see in California is in Kern Co., where there were Robert B. CONNER, b. ca. 1867 & Eliz. H., b. ca. 1871.

How old was Robert CONNER in 1910? Who were in the household and nearby households? Could you post all the information you have about Robert in 1910? Do you mean you have Robert's obituary?
