I am trying to find a connection of the above families.
My grandmother was Sallie Porter Fisher, b. 3 Sep 1876 in Frostburg. Her middle name was taken from her mother, Margaret Combs Porter. Her father was George William Fisher. Sallie had three sisters with middle names as Anderson, Williams and Everstine. This seems odd to give girls family names as middle names unless there was a family connection.
