Eli Edward Twigg, Special to the Tribune
Paris, Ill January 12 - Funeral services for Eli Edward Twigg who was found
dead at his home on High Street Thursday evening was held Saturday morning at
9 O'clock from St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial was in the Catholif
cemetery. Death was due to a heart attach. He was born March 5, 1856, at
Cumberland, MD, came to Paris 65 years ago. Surviving are two brothers,
Vincent and Charles. The body was discovered by the brothers. He had been
dead only a sort time when discovered.
