Found that a relative who died in 1898 had this obituary: "Flavius Bradley
of Franklin, MD. died Mine Acc. age__. Died April 4, 1898, buried April 6,
1898. Philos Cemetery. Funeral at M and E Church."

What is the "M and E Church"? Does it still exist? It is possible to
research their church records?
