Bill,
Those Longs are not familiar to me but how about John Long. He was my Great
Grandfather's best friend. Born about 1860s. I have a wonderful picture of
him in his general store in Cumberland about 1900. He also bartended in the
evenings at one of my Great Grandfather's Bars. I believe it might have been
George Grove's German Village. He was listed as a witness on quite a few of
George Grove's legal documents. If your interested I have the picture scanned
and will e-mail.
