Someone may have already replied to you but....I could not get a CD to work
from Family Quest on the Maryland & DC 1870 census and had to call the
company. After some frustration and talking to a few people and just not
giving up they put me in contact with a computer wiz. He said to read him
the message my computer is giving me, then said he knew exactly what the
problem was and he would send out a fix on another CD right away with easy
instructions. Two day later I had the CD and the fix worked. They want to
sell CD's and should help you.
