I dont know if this will help anyone on BROWN surname but I copied this from
the Cumberland Evening Times

JAMES H. BROWN
James H. Brown, 45, near Finzel. Garrett county, died this morning following
complications as the result of an illness. He is survived by his widow Mrs.
Mary Brown and ten small children. Funeral services will be conducted in the
Catholic Church at Pocahontas, Saturday at 9:30 a.m. with interment in the
church cemetery.
