Hi Elaine
The best way to find this Cemetery is with a Topographic map. This Site is the best I have found

The Winter Cemetery is not called the Winter Cemetery on the Topographic map, It is call "Neff Cemetery". If you go to this link you will see the Neff Cemetery in the middle of the map, It will be marked with a red X. Now Up in the corner of the map are numbers !:25,000 1:100,000, If you click on the 1:25,000 The map will give more detail and you will see the dirt on the map that leads up to the cemetery. The dirt road goes up a small grade for about 800 Ft. then it levels off, That is were you go off the road and walk down through the woods for about 500 feet.
