Marion,

Since you have info that your g-grandparents are buried in "both" cemeteries, it would seem that when they were buried,
it was called the Allegany Cemetery (in Frostburg). Sometime after that the Frostburg Memorial Park was established,
encompassing the old Allegany Cemetery and covering much more territory. So they WERE buried in the old Allegany
Cemetery and ARE buried in the Frostburg Memorial Park (both correct).
