Betty Barton sent me a copy of marriages made by Rev. William Welch. She had found them at an estate sale.

She can't find a copyright on the pages.

I transcribed them, and I've attempted to find William Welch descendants to try to obtain permission to put this on the pages, but have not been successful.

So for now, I'll post them to the lists.

A careful analysis of the foregoing shows that the first marriage ceremony solemnized by the Rev Wm Welch was on Apr 4, 1816, when he married Rhoda Harper to Sarah Thatcher, in Hampshire Co, and the last in 1867 - F. M. Jarboe to H. Keplinger, of Mineral Co.
