Here is what I found, no Augustin, but I did find

State: Maryland Year:1840
County: Baltimore Roll: M704_160
Township: Baltimore, Ward 7 Page: 10 Image: 22
males; 5-10yrs 1, 10-15yrs 2, 40-50yrs 1
females; under 5yrs 1, 30-40yrs 1,  60-70yrs 1, 70-80yrs 1
 
Koster, Albert
State: Maryland Year:1840
County: Baltimore Roll: M704_160
Township: Baltimore, Ward 8 Page: 33 Image: 68
males; 10-15yrs 1,20-30yrs 1, 30-40yrs 1
females; 15-20yrs 1, 20-30yrs 1, 50-60yrs 1

Hope it helps!! I searched Maryland, those were the only two, and they were
both in Baltimore. There is also an Frederick Kester in Baltimore. Didnt know
if you wanted him or not. Let me know.
