I don't know if John Piper was tied to the Piper
group in the Bedford/Piper's Run area.

I don't know if he is either but he represented my Hamiltons of Beans Cove,
Southampton Twp in Bedford County, whenever the needed help. He was the
executor of Jonathan Hamilton's will when Jonathan died in 1842.
